Hi all! My name is Leigh-Anne and I'm a breathwork teacher, psychologist, and relationship coach.
Breathwork has completely changed my life and has healed things that years of therapy were not able to heal.
I am passionate about sharing this medicine with others and use it in private sessions with clients as well as in my monthly breathwork groups.
2025 is starting out wild and it's more important than ever to be connected to Source and stay anchored in our spiritual practices.
30 Days of Breathwork will begin on Tuesday, January 14 and end on Wednesday, February 12.
If you are finding this page after the start date, you can jump in at any time. Just extend your end date so that you breathe for 30 days total.
There is no requirement to be in touch with me during this time, but I highly recommend that you keep a journal or some kind of record of your experience over this 30 day practice. I'll be posting daily on Instagram here if you'd like to check in with me and stay accountable.
Please also send me a quick note to tell me that you're participating and doing the breathing!
My hope is that this practice will change your life profoundly, connecting you back to the truth of who you really are, and aligning you to the wisdom of your higher self.
I would love to hear about your experience if you wish to share along the way, but it's not required.
May you realize the power and majesty of your own breath (aka spirit).
All the best to you, Leigh-Anne

If you are new to breathwork, or have never done breathwork with me before, please watch the introductory video below to watch me demonstrate the technique that I use and learn about the benefits of this practice.
Below are a variety of breathwork meditations to rotate through if you prefer to be guided.
These are not necessary, as you can lay down and breathe on your own whenever you like, but most people enjoy these.
Please note, many of these link to Spotify tracks to it is helpful to have a paid Spotify account to listen. If you do not, you can purchase many of the same meditations here at my teacher's website.
Spiritual Practice - by David Elliott This is one of my all time favorites by my teacher. I love this one because it provides a variety of lengths of time to breathe, anywhere from 7 minutes to 28 minutes, depending on how much time you have.
Romantic Love - by David Elliott One of his more popular audios and one that I come back to time and time again. Very sweet whether you are single or partnered.
Please note that David has several more meditations on Spotify here and even more on his website here.
Heart-Opening Breathwork - by me A sweet meditation to practice giving and receiving love, and much more. The background music has theta brainwave frequencies to work deeply on the subconscious level, so please use headphones.
Reparenting Breathwork - by me Uses a powerful inner child healing exercise to heal wounded parts of ourselves that tend to unconsciously run in the background in our adult lives, causing relationship problems until they are healed. The background music has theta brainwave frequencies to work deeply on the subconscious level, so please use headphones.
Breathwork is different every single time, so try not to have expectations of what will happen. It can be a primarily somatic experience, with a lot of body sensations, or a more emotional release, or entirely intuitive with many downloads coming through. Sometimes, it's a mixture of emotional, somatic, and intuitive. Or, sometimes it can just feel difficult with much resistance. It's all information for where we are at that day, so surrender to the experience.
Breathwork is a spiritual practice, so treat it with respect by taking a moment to be grateful for the breath and the lungs.
Try to create an intentional space that is clean and free of clutter. You can lay on a yoga mat, couch, bed, etc.
Have a blanket nearby in case of temperature changes.
Breathing is best done without a pillow under the head, so the throat chakra can be open and the spine is straight.
Since the breath is done all through the mouth, some people like to use lip balm beforehand so the lips don't get dry, or some water nearby.
If you are listening to music or an audio recorrding, using headphones will take you deeper.
Using an eye covering will also take you deeper into the subconscioius mind. You can use an eye pillow, a small towel or even a t-shirt to cover the eyes.
If the hands start to cramp up, slow down the breathing or stop completely until the hands relax. You can also open and close the hands. This sensation will go away quickly once normal breath is resumed if you experience it. Not everyone does.
Have a journal and pen nearby to record what came through. Most of my offerings (including the mentorship and many group programs) have come through for me during breathwork! This type of breathing connects you to your higher self, and to divine guidance, so honor the wisdom by putting any guidance into practice.
Please enjoy this 30 day experience and let me know how it goes!
