In this workshop, we will be focusing on the skills of deep listening, presence, and cultivating trust - foundational skills for healthy relationships.
It's time to usher in the new paradigm of masculine/feminine relating and evolve our romantic relationships into vehicles for our highest growth.
Conscious relationships provide a safe space for both partners to express themselves authentically, creating a container of deep love, support, and growth.
In this powerful three hour workshop, Dylan and Leigh-Anne will lead the group through teachings around conscious communication and how to create an atmosphere of trust.
These are essential skills to learn in all relationships, but especially romantic ones, as they are the keys to creating deep safety, closeness, and intimacy with your partner.
In this workshop, you can expect:
- Specific teachings around conscious communication, especially listening skills
- How to create an atmosphere of trust, which is essential for connection and intimacy
- Partner exercises to practice the skills
- Group discussions and direct support with the skills
- An open forum at the end for men and women to ask each other questions
This workshop is open to singles and couples.
