In today’s world, there are no shortage of stressors.  ​


From relationships to money to health (to name just a few!) we are living in a time where life can feel overwhelming and hard to manage.  Therapy has become an invaluable support for many of us, and we all deserve someone who can walk by our side during times that feel difficult, confusing, and hard to manage.  It is no longer an option to be the lone wolf who tries to push through alone, we all need help - and there’s no shame in that.

The decision to choose the right therapist is an important one and not something I take lightly. I truly feel that most people could benefit from therapy, and I am happy to see that it’s much more socially acceptable these days to work with a therapist or coach.

The truth is that we all need support.  Yet I work from an empowerment perspective, with the goal to help you develop all the skills required so you won’t need me anymore. We all need teachers and guides to show us the way sometimes.

I also have some clients who have been working with me for some time now.  And although they have reached their goals through our work together, they like to meet monthly or every few weeks to stay accountable and on track. That’s great, too, and I love helping people take things to the next level.

My unique approach.


In sessions with clients, I use a powerful combination of therapy, coaching, and intuitive guidance for a holistic approach. 

Many of my clients also incorporate breathwork during our sessions, although not all do. (If you are interested in this approach, please visit my Breathwork + Therapy page for more information.)

A multifaceted approach is the most impactful because it works on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. And we need to work on all of these levels for real healing to occur.

​I support clients in all areas of life but specialize in love, sex, and relationships. Let me give some examples of clients who come to me for support (names changed, of course!)

Laura attracted the wrong type of man.

Laura is in her mid-30s and wanted my help in relationships. She had a pattern of attracting men who were either emotionally distant or unkind to her. 

Through our work together, we helped to move her anxious attachment style to secure attachment, working on her self-worth and relationship skills. In just a few months, she began attracting high-quality partners and is currently in a happy, healthy relationship with a man who adores her.

During our sessions, while we focused much of our time on relationships, Laura could also speak about work and other challenging things that popped up along the way –everything is welcome!

Andy was stuck in relationships.

Andy is in his early 40s and came to me feeling stuck in life. He felt burnt out in his career and at a loss regarding women and dating. Together, we clarified his vision for an incredible life and broke down how to get there into manageable steps. He is now making significant progress toward creating a life that he loves and is practicing positive relationship skills in dating.

I take a client-centered approach to meet your unique needs.


​The types of therapy that I use in our work include interpersonal therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and positive psychology. I also spend particular time delving into the subconscious since most of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors stem from here rather than from our conscious awareness. In particular, I appreciate depth psychology and Carl Jung’s work, especially as it’s called ‘shadow work’ in popular culture.


On a practical level, our sessions are a safe space for you to come and get support with whatever is going on in your life. It is easy to talk with me, and I have a lot of compassion and care for my clients. I can help you sort out challenges, set goals, and take things to the next level in life. 

Therapy can help you understand the ‘why’ of things in your life, while coaching can help with ‘how’ to get there. I often suggest books, videos, or other exercises in between our sessions if you want to take the work deeper – and my clients tend to experience a lot of growth in a short time. However, I work at your pace and level of readiness.
