Divine Union is also the path to ascension, and so these types of relationships are way more than just 'nice to have.' They are the path to evolution and enlightenment, and the truth is that there are many forces that simply do not want us to achieve these types of partnerships.

So I've gathered together my experience as a psychologist specializing in love, sex, and relationships (informed by my own life experience, of course) to offer you Sacred Love, a program where I teach you everything I know about attracting a deep, passionate, healthy romantic relationship.
This is a 7 week group program that combines weekly live coaching calls plus full access to the Sacred Love modules, which are video lessons, workbooks, and resources to support you in completely resetting your approach to love and relationships.

Key Aspects of the Program
Shadow work. It takes courage to face things that we don't want to deal with. Shadow work refers to the process of turning towards things we hide away due to shame, trauma, or just simply not having the emotional bandwidth to handle them on our own. It is work that is best done with support.
Carl Jung said, "Until we make the unconscious conscious, it will direct our life and we will call it fate."
This is the true value of shadow work - to release old patterns and programming holding us back, and to heal any traumatized parts of ourselves that need love and care.
NOTE: This program includes access to powerful guided meditations that reprogram the subconscious. These meditations put you into the Theta brain wave state, where you are most receptive to transformation. You can listen to these meditations as often as you wish.
Addressing victim mentality. Falling into victim mentality is disempowering, but it's an understandable place to be when we've experienced trauma and/or abuse. However, as adults, we have the opportunity to take full responsibility for our lives, including healing our childhood wounds. We have the power to set clear intentions around the types of relationships we want in our lives, to not settle for anything less, and to uphold our boundaries when people around us treat us in ways we do not like.
This was what made the BIGGEST impact for me personally, and I've seen it change the lives of my clients time and time again.
