Reparenting Breathwork is a 35 minute guided audio meditation that uses a powerful inner child healing exercise along with breathwork to heal subconscious memories and trauma.

This breathwork is a profound way to give any difficult situations from our past the love, care, and attention they need so that they won't continue to unconsciously run in the background in our adult lives, getting in the way of healthy relationships.

This is a parts work approach, and is also known as reparenting.

On a more spiritual level, shamans do a similar exercise to this one, and they believe this permanently changes our destiny and alters reality.

This exercise can be done a few times/week if you desire.

Before you listen, have your breathwork space set up, and wear an eye covering to go deeper. Headphones are required since there is theta brainwave music in the background to work deeply on the subconscious.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please watch this intro video about breathwork if you've never breathed with me before. It's important for you to see me demonstrate the technique and learn more about what to expect.

Testimonial:

I want to say a special thank you for the Reparenting Breathwork you shared. I had a very powerful experience with it, it helped shift a lot! I will continue to do it and let you know how it goes.

It is a very powerful practice, I found that I had a lot more memories come up. I also really loved the savasana at the end….something I don't usually do, which I was reminded is SO important for integration. Also loved the breathing in the background and the theta brainwave music, it was very regulating!
