Level One: The Foundation
Together, we will:
- Make secure attachment our north star.
- Develop healthy self-love.
- Learn about boundaries and implement them.
- Recognize our codependency and make different choices.
- Practice crystal clear, healthy, assertive communication skills.

What To Expect
This is a 12 week group program taught through Zoom. Starting March 24, will meet every Tuesday from 1:00 - 2:30 PM Pacific Time.
Live attendance is not required, replays will be posted.

Each live call is a combination of teaching, group work, partner exercises, and group sharing/discussion.
There will be homework: reading, writing, practicing relationship skills in real life, and breathwork.
This will be a three month deep dive into the foundations of this path - and will feel like an immersion.
In order to get the most out of our time together, it is not recommended to overload yourself with other groups or intensive work. The more focused and committed you are, the more you will transform.
There will be a shared Telegram group space to keep in touch in between live calls.
1:1 support is also open to those who need it during our group experience - please choose that option when signing up if it calls to you. This is deep work, and many people benefit significantly from individualized support.
What's Included In The Foundation
FOCUS #1
Developing Secure Attachment
Secure attachment is the foundation that everything else rests on. We will move from anxious, avoidant, or disorganized attachment towards healthy, stable, secure attachment.
These are not fixed labels - they are changeable as we heal our initial relationship wounds.
FOCUS #2
Freedom from Codependency
The vast majority of people are running some form of codependency - and it is keeping us trapped and stuck.
Learning what true interdependency is, which includes transcending the drama triangle, will be a big part of our work together. It is possible, and liberates us like nothing else.
FOCUS # 3
Learning + Practicing Boundaries
Many of us never learned what a boundary is - but this work is critical to having healthy relationships. We will directly practice boundaries in our everyday relationships together during this group program - as well as develop the self-love to know that we are worthy of them.
FOCUS # 4
Developing Assertive Communication
Assertive communication is the healthy middle way between passive, and aggressive. We will learn how to directly and clearly communicate our needs and wants, as well as practice healthy conflict resolution. This is a huge key in relationship success across the board.
