This seven week live experience is focused on the alchemy of life's challenges into embodied wisdom.
This work is a requirement to ascend into the higher levels of relating.
It allows us to participate in our relationships with more joy and capacity, rather than a constant state of being triggered.

- The Alchemy of Fear
- The Alchemy of Shame
- The Alchemy of Anger
- The Alchemy of Sadness (including The Dark Night)
- The Alchemy of Relationships
- The Alchemy of the Drama Triangle
This is a prerequisite for humanity stepping into the next level - it will happen through relationships.
Alchemy of the Heart includes access to six foundational teaching videos plus six live group calls to integrate the material as a group and get direct support.
