An Intensive 3 Month Mentorship
This is the highest level of working with me 1:1 and will completely transform the way you do relationships.
This is for people who are here for relationships as a spiritual path - and who are willing to become wayshowers for everyone around them.

Schedule A Call With MeLevel 1: The Foundation
The mentorship has three levels, and we begin with The Foundation.
Here, we build the strong + solid base that everything else stands upon:
- Secure attachment
- Freedom from codependency
- Transcending the drama triangle
- Healthy self-love
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean boundaries
The vast majority of people need to start here, or need to go back and fill in any gaps.
This level involves healing any relationship wounds operating subconsciously, learning excellent communication, and neutralizing your triggers.
Level 2: Conscious Relationships
Once we build the foundation, we move into practicing conscious relationships.
This means that we understand that relationships are a vehicle for healing and growth - and we are willing to see our unconscious patterns to heal and transcend them.
We focus on:
- Developing Growth Mentality in Relationships
- Truth-Telling + Authentic Communication
- Radical Self-Responsibility + Self-Compassion
- Conscious Dating (or Conscious Relating)
- Sexual Healing
You don't need a partner for this mentorship. If you don't have one, we will prepare you for partnership and you will also learn to practice conscious relationships now, with everyone in your life.
The idea that relationships are a vehicle to heal, grow + evolve won't just be a concept - you will actually learn how to approach relationships in this way and will experience major healing and growth as a result.
Level 3: Spiritual Partnership
Here, we take it all the way to the top.
We explore:
- A deep understanding of what true divine union is and how to embody it
- Committing to and living relationships as a spiritual path
- Targeted, archetypal shadow work to purify the inner masculine + feminine
- Reclamation of true sexual sovereignty
- Jung's anima/animus integration for inner union
This is the most advanced level that is available to us right now as humans, once we stabilize the foundation and begin to master conscious relationships.
We move into expansion and true embodiment through inner union, and working with relationships to continue our soul growth + evolution.
The primary relationship in our life becomes our relationship with Source. When it isn't, codependency will still exist in our human to human relationships.
This doesn't mean that we don't need relationships, but we see them and work with them through an advanced lens that actually contributes to incredible expansion.
They become less dense and difficult due to unhealed trauma, and lighter and more enjoyable due to unlocking luminosity that was previously blocked by the layers of our false self.

Each session is a 90 minute combination of mentorship, therapy, energy work, and breathwork, live on Zoom.

A space for you to share and receive unlimited support through voice notes + texts as needed in between sessions. - Individualized recommendations
Video content, books, articles, videos, practices, and many resources along the way that are personalized for you.
- Integration of astrology
We will look at your natal chart to uncover the keys and gifts that you bring to this work through your unique blueprint. I will provide a pre-recorded birth chart reading shortly after we begin to summarize your gifts and potential challenges.
It is a powerful transmission of high level wisdom and devotion to the path that will continue to work on you far beyond our time together.

BEFORE + AFTER DATA
I collect pre- and post- assessment data to provide quantitative evidence of transformation.
The data shows:
All of the mentorship alumni moved into secure attachment from either anxious, avoidant, or disorganized.
All participants made significant decreases in their levels of codependency - by an average reduction of 34 points. Everyone went from high or medium-high levels of codependency to low levels.
Secure attachment, along with freedom from codependency, provides the strongest base from which to rise into the higher levels of conscious relationships and spiritual union.
