3 Month 1:1 Container

12 weekly 90 minute sessions.

Each session is a combination of therapy, coaching, intuitive guidance + breathwork.

We talk for the first 50 min, transition into breathwork, and end with a short integration.

Please arrive in a quiet, private space, and have a place to lay down for breathwork.

$1111 per month for 3 months (total discount of $663 from single session pricing.)

Sessions may be spaced more than once/week if necessary, but please plan to complete all 12 sessions by the 4 month mark.
