The Visionaries Fall Equinox Retreat
September 19 - 20, 2026
Los Angeles, CA
I can't wait for our first in-person gathering as a community! This will be just after my birthday and perfectly aligned with the equinox, so I'm really excited.
We will come together for a deep dive immersion on Saturday, September 19 + Sunday, September 20, 2026 in Los Angeles to celebrate our connections and growth as a community at Autumn Equinox.
Our Theme:
Healing the Relationship Between Men + Women
The Autumn Equinox is symbolic of union. At the equinoxes, the amount of light and dark, yin and yang are equal, in perfect harmony and balance. This symbolizes the true harmony of the masculine and feminine, joining together as complementary forces working together for wholeness and balance. The Autumn Equinox is the portal into the season of shadow work, where the increasing amount of darkness ushers us within. The veil thins and allows us to more readily access the subconscious, for deep healing and restoration.
Our Location:
Unplug Meditation
12401 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 101
Los Angeles, CA 90025
Schedule:
Saturday, September 19 + Sunday, September 20, 2026
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM each day (with a break halfway through for lunch)
What To Expect:
Joel and I will co-lead the retreat together.
The outline for both days is as follows:
Opening Community Circle
Heart-Opening Breathwork
Women's Group + Men's Group (we'll split into two groups and meet simultaneously)
Lunch Break
Co-Ed Healing Circle
Guided Healing Journey
Ecstatic Dance
--
For those arriving early - we'll gather Friday evening for dinner together from 5-7 PM. Location TBD but I'll make reservations at a spot near our venue.
On the retreat days, please wear comfortable clothing, as we will be doing breathwork and guided meditations as part of our work.
You don't need to bring a yoga mat, blanket, etc - the studio has these items.
Some people like to bring their own blankets, but it's not required.
We take our shoes off in the studio, so you'll probably want to wear socks, or bring some with you.

Airfare and lodging will be arranged by everyone separately. LAX is the easiest airport to fly into.
I recommend getting an Airbnb near Unplug (address above) or any of the hotels in Santa Monica or the Westside.
If you aren't familiar with LA, it's easiest and safest to stay somewhere on the Westside.
Renting a car can be really nice if you're staying longer, because LA is very spread out. However, you can also take Uber, Lyft and Waymo cars anywhere.
As we get closer, you may want to plan your travel arrangements with the others joining, if you'd like to split the cost of your lodging, etc. I will form a Telegram group for those who are joining a few months out.

There is so much to do if you plan on staying in LA longer. The beach is nearby, as well as hikes, the famous Erewhon (ha!) and really anything your heart desires in this city.
I'm not much of a touristy person, so am not the best to recommend sightseeing, but I do love visiting LACMA, the Venice Canals are a fun walk, and my favorite stretch of beach is at the Marina del Rey just south of Venice Beach.
Malibu is a bit of a longer drive (up to an hour north), but has excellent beaches.
Topanga is also a very fun and beautiful spot if you haven't been. Joel lives there so you can find out more from him.

Even if you just stay in LA for our weekend retreat, it will be a worthwhile trip, one where we can really deepen our bonds with each other.
This community has surpassed my wildest dreams! We are a special bunch and are together for a reason.
If you have any questions, email me at [email protected] or message me in Telegram.
Lots of love,
Leigh-Anne
